A simple web app containing a mobile sauna configurator, several IP redirects, many APIs and other features. Development was done in Webflow environment using custom JavaScript. During the project, we helped the client solve two technical issues that saved them hundreds of euros per year.

How agile development works.
Consultation and Research
We will listen to your goals and visions. Together we will find an action plan to bring them to life. During the planning process, we emphasize business background. We won't develop something we don't believe will work. We do market and competitive analysis. We define user and marketing personas, what goals they have to accomplish in terms of the site. Without this step, further development is pointless.
UX/UI Design
We start with the first sketches. Then comes the first sprint of wireframes and UI design (usually between 5-7 days). We review the output with the client. If all is well, we send the design for development and continue with the next sprint at the same time. This way, the client is assured that we will get the design right on the first try and the development will not be slowed down by any corrections.
Webflow development
At the same time as UX/UI design we are developing a project on Webflow (If necessary on our own code). So at one point, part of the site is being developed from one sprint while the other part is being designed. Thus, within 5-7 days of the UI design being done, the client sees a functional, 90% finished website. By doing this, we are able to reduce development time by up to 50%.
Optimizing
Before launching the site, we deploy analytics to optimize it after launch. We optimize site speed and SEO. We take care of proper indexing.
